Onion-Cheese Dip Mix

• 1 tablespoon onions instant, minced
• 1/2 teaspoon beef stock beef, instant
• 1 tablespoon parmesan, parmigiano-reggiano cheese, grated grated
• 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt

1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl; blend well.
2. Spoon mixture onto a 6-inch square of aluminum foil and fold to make airtight.
3. Label as Onion-Cheese Dip Mix.
4. Store in a cool dry place and use within 3 to 4 months.
5. Makes 1 package (about 3 tb) of mix.
6. This recipe may be increased to make more packages of mix.
7. Onion-Cheese Dip: Combine 1 cup sour cream with 1 package of mix.
8. Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
9. Makes about 1 cup of dip.
10. VARIATION: Substitute 1 cup cottage cheese or 1 (8 oz) package of softened cream cheese for sour cream.
