French dip..my way

  1. season roast..put in a 350 oven for 1hr..covered with foil and a inch of water in bottom of pan
  2. 10 before done take foil off..and start gravy
  3. butter French bread and toast for 2-3 mins
  4. meat and cheese on bread..serve with mayo if you like
  5. or just dip it..hint..hint the name..not to be a smartass
