French dip..my way
- 1/4 cup chicago steak seasoning (webber)
- 1 lb 4 eye of round roast
- 1 packages augus gravy
- 1 packages swiss cheese
- 1 enough butter to wipe bread with and toast
- season roast..put in a 350 oven for 1hr..covered with foil and a inch of water in bottom of pan
- 10 before done take foil off..and start gravy
- butter French bread and toast for 2-3 mins
- meat and cheese on bread..serve with mayo if you like
- or just dip it..hint..hint the name..not to be a smartass
