Apricot Chicken Recipe

• 2 x Chickens cut in 8ths
• 1/2 c. Apricot jam
• 1 Tbsp. White vinegar
• 2 x Cloves garlic, thinly sliced
• 2 Tbsp. Soya sauce
• 1 1/2 tsp Cornstarch
• 1 Tbsp. Cool water

2. Mix the glaze ingredients together.
3. Place chicken in baking dish & pour glaze over.
4. Chill 2 hrs.
5. Bake uncovered with marinade at 350' for 1 1/2 hrs.
