Apricot Chicken Recipe
- 2 x Chickens cut in 8ths
- 1/2 c. Apricot jam
- 1 Tbsp. White vinegar
- 2 x Cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 2 Tbsp. Soya sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp Cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. Cool water

- Mix the glaze ingredients together.
- Place chicken in baking dish & pour glaze over.
- Chill 2 hrs.
- Bake uncovered with marinade at 350' for 1 1/2 hrs.
