Indian Summer

• 3 cardamom pods
• Ice
• 1 1/2 ounces blanco tequila
• 3/4 ounce Pimm's No. 1
• 1 ounce unsweetened pineapple juice
• 1/4 ounce fresh lime juice
• 1/4 ounce Simple Syrup
• 1 lime twist, for garnish

1. In a cocktail shaker, lightly muddle the cardamom.
2. Add ice and all of the remaining ingredients except the garnish and shake well.
3. Double strain into a chilled coupe; garnish with the twist.
