Katie's stuffed tomatoes
- 4 large tomatoes
- 160 grams precooked rice
- 2 large pepperoni
- 4 olives
- 60 grams grated mozarella
- 60 grams grated parmesan
- 50 grams sliced ham
- 4 tsp cream cheese
- 1 salt and pepper
- 1 basil
- 1 spiced tomato sauce
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees C
- Cut the middle out of the tomatoes, cut off the green and put the rest into the pan
- Cut and slice the other veggies, herbs, and ham, stuff the tomatoes with it.
- Put on top some cream cheese, then the other cheese.
- Place tomatoes and rice with tomato sauce in pan, put i the oven for about 20 minutes.
