The Negroni
- 1 ounce Campari
- 1 ounce sweet vermouth (Carpano Antica Formula or Martini & Rossi)
- 3 ounces gin
- Orange slice or lemon twist for garnish
- In a shaker filled with ice, combine liquid ingredients.
- Stir until exterior beads with frost.
- Strain into chilled cocktail glass; garnish with orange slice, lemon twist or both.
