Creamy Maple Pork Chops

  1. Mix orange juice and syrup until blended.
  2. Place chops and combined vegetables in separate shallow dishes.
  3. Pour half the orange juice mixture over ingredients in each dish; turn to evenly coat all ingredients.
  4. Refrigerate 20 min.
  5. to marinate.
  6. Meanwhile, cook and stir bacon in large skillet on medium heat until crisp.
  7. Remove bacon from skillet with slotted spoon; drain on paper towels.
  8. Discard drippings from skillet.
  9. Drain vegetables; discard marinade.
  10. Add vegetables to skillet; cook and stir 5 min.
  11. or until crisp-tender.
  12. Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.
  13. Remove chops from marinade; discard marinade.
  14. Add chops to skillet; cook 5 min.
  15. on each side or until done (145F).
  16. Transfer chops to platter; cover to keep warm.
  17. Add cream cheese and water to skillet; cook and stir 3 to 4 min.
  18. or until cream cheese is melted and mixture is well blended.
  19. Add vegetables; stir to evenly coat.
  20. Spoon over chops; top with bacon.
