Super Simple Stuffed Celery

  1. Take one bunch of fresh celery and pull apart the stalks from the heart.
  2. (Only use the green sticks; about 12 sticks will work fine here, you dont want to use the center smaller bitter ones here.
  3. But hold on to them for other recipes if you like.)
  4. Wash the celery well to get rid of any soil.
  5. Chop off the white bottom ends, about 1 or so up from the end of the stalk.
  6. Chop off about a 1/2 off the top of the stalk to have fresh clean cuts on both ends.
  7. Then cut the stalks in half to have even-sized length sticks.
  8. Then take a small knife (like a butter knife, it does not have to be sharp) and scoop out some peanut butter and smear into the celery stick crevice, as much peanut butter as you can fit.
  9. Then do the same for the other half of the celery sticks with the cream cheese.
  10. For plating, all you need to do is lay them out on a plate with the filling side up.
