Bean Sprouts and Green Onions

  1. In a wok or a large, non-stick skillet, heat oil.
  2. Rinse bean sprout under cold water.
  3. Saute green onions about 3 minutes; stir in sprouts to heat through.
  4. Toss with soy sauce.
  5. Garnish with parsley and sunflower seeds.
