Teriyaki Barbecue Roasted Tri-Tip
- 1 whole (2-3 Pound) Triangle Tip Roast
- 1 cup Bulls-Eye Original BBQ Sauce (or Your Favorite Traditional BBQ Sauce)
- 1/2 cups JES Original Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce (or Another THICK Teriyaki Sauce)
- 1 Tablespoon (heaping Tablespoon) DRIED Minced Garlic
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
- Remove any excess fat from roast.
- In a small bowl, mix BBQ sauce and teriyaki sauce together (set 1/4 cup aside).
- Use the remaining sauce to coat both sides of the roast and place fattier side down on a rack in a shallow pan.
- Sprinkle dried minced garlic to completely cover the top of the roast.
- Bake 5060 minutes, for an internal temperature of 145 degrees -150 degrees F (or 160 degrees F, if you prefer your meat less pink).
- Remove from the oven and let rest for about 10 minutes.
- Slice across the grain and put a little sauce over the meat.
- Serve with your favorite rice pilaf and a green vegetable.
