Semolina dumplings
- 100 grams semolina
- 30 grams butter
- 1 salt
- 1 nutmeg
- 250 ml milk
- 1 large egg
- In a pot heat up milk, nutmeg and salt.
- Slowly let semolina fload in, then blend until it forms a ball and gets off the pot itsself.
- Let cool.
- Then mix in the egg.
- In a pot cook water with salt.
- Place dumplings and let them cook for a few minutes.
- Serve to slaughter's soup or any other clear soup.
