Semolina dumplings

  1. In a pot heat up milk, nutmeg and salt.
  2. Slowly let semolina fload in, then blend until it forms a ball and gets off the pot itsself.
  3. Let cool.
  4. Then mix in the egg.
  5. In a pot cook water with salt.
  6. Place dumplings and let them cook for a few minutes.
  7. Serve to slaughter's soup or any other clear soup.
