Thai Style Suki-Yaki Sauce
- 4 cube of re bean curd
- 1 bottle of Sriracha Chilli Sauce ,strong hot required
- 2/3 cup tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 bunch coriander
- 6 clove garlic
- 2 head fermented garlic ,plus 1 tbs of its brine
- 1/3 cup water
- 20 hot chili,optional
- 2 tbsp white sesame seeds
- Mix liquid ingredients in sauce pan ,sriracha chilli sauce,ketchup,sugar,soy sauce ,oyster sauce ,whisk well and set on low heat
- Use blender to blend red bean curd,garlic,fermented garlic,vinegar,half amouth of chilli,blend well
- Now pour bean curd mixture to sauce pan ,it's thick mixture,so you may want water to help take all mixture out from blender,simmer for 10 mins
- Add sesame seeds,3 more mins to go ,heat off and transfer to mixing bowl
- Chop coriander and remain hot chilli,while the sauce is simmering
- When sauce compleatly cool add chop chilli and coriander ,now ready to use as dipping sauce for grills or with thai style suki yaki :)
