Creamy Healthy Pea Salad from Leftovers
- 8 ounces peas
- 1 cup fat free Greek yogurt (Fage)
- 4 ounces lean ham (leftover sandwich meat works great)
- 2 ounces cheese (shredded or finely sliced cheese slices)
- Dice the cheese and ham into small pieces.
- Mix in Greek yogurt and peas.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Can substitute turkey or rotisserie chicken.
