Quiche Mushroom, Gorgonzola, Bacon
- 750 ml Creme Fraiche
- 200 grams Gorgonzola
- 2 Red Unions
- 300 grams Mushrooms
- 150 grams Bacon stripe
- 3 Eggs (beaten)
- 200 grams Broccoli
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 1 dash Pepper
- 1 dash Salt
- 1 dash Garlic powder
- 1 can Croissant dough (6 pieces)
- Place the dough in a spring and make little holes in it with a fork
- Place the spring in a pre-heated oven @ 200C for 4 minutes, poke it again with a fork and bake it an other 4 minutes.
- Slice the mushrooms, dice the unions and bake them in a pan.
- Together with the broccoli and the bacon.
- When done with cooking, mix the cheese, creme fraiche and the beaten eggs.
- Add the salt, pepper and garlic
- Poor it all in the spring.
- Bake it in the oven for approx 30min at 200C.
- Have a tasty meal
