Tuna Fish Pie Recipe
- 4 tbsp. butter
- 1 slice onion, minced
- 4 tbsp. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 3/4 c. boiling water
- 1 crushed bouillon cube
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 can tuna fish, cut up
- 1/2 to 1 c. corn or possibly peas
- 1 c. celery
- 1 c. cooked, diced potato
- 3 hard boiled Large eggs, cut up
- Dissolve bouillon cube in boiling water in saucepan.
- Cook onion in butter for 2 min.
- Add in flour, salt, and pepper till smooth.
- Add in water and cube mix and lowfat milk.
- Stir till boils.
- Add in tuna, celery, potatoes, and Large eggs.
- Season as desired.
- Serve over biscuits.
