Dewberry Cream Pie Recipe
- 1 (9") deep dish unbaked pie shell
- Sufficient berries to fill shell
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 Large eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 c. flour, sifted
- Healthy pinch salt
- Mix sugar, Large eggs, lowfat sour cream, flour and salt.
- Put berries in pie shell; cover with mix.
- CRUMB TOPPING: 8 Tbsp.
- flour, 8 Tbsp.
- sugar, and 4 Tbsp.
- butter combined and sprinkled on top of filling.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
