Homemade cheese

  1. Mix all cheese ingredient in a deep sauce pot!
  2. Heat slowly till reaches 180 degress F hold temp for 10 min.
  3. On my stove I had the dial at 2 and a half.
  4. After curds strain in cheese cloth l, keep whey to good to throw out.
  5. After put cheese in cloth and squeeze remaining whey put cheese and whey seprate in fridge and enjoy next day!

gallon milk, salt, garlic, vinegar, thermometer
