Homemade cheese
- 1/2 gallon milk
- 3 tbsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 1/8 cup vinegar
- 1 candy thermometer
- Mix all cheese ingredient in a deep sauce pot!
- Heat slowly till reaches 180 degress F hold temp for 10 min.
- On my stove I had the dial at 2 and a half.
- After curds strain in cheese cloth l, keep whey to good to throw out.
- After put cheese in cloth and squeeze remaining whey put cheese and whey seprate in fridge and enjoy next day!
