Italian Beef Pot Pie

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Brown meat with vegetables in dressing in large skillet.
  3. Add tomato sauce; cook and stir 5 min.
  4. or until slightly thickened.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Stir in cheese.
  7. Spoon into 9-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  8. Cover with pie crust; trim excess crust, then flute edges.
  9. Cut several slits in crust to permit steam to escape.
  10. Bake 20 min.
  11. or until golden brown.
  12. Let stand 5 min.
  13. before serving.
