Guacamole Dressing 1965

• 2 ripe avocados, mashed about 2 cups
• 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
• 1 teaspoon dried onion flakes
• 12 cup sour cream
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 dash Tabasco sauce

1. combine the first four ingredients well and stir in the last three items.
2. Blend until smooth.
