Marzetti
- 2 Tbsp. oleo or butter
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 small can mushroom pieces (drain)
- 1 c. fine bread crumbs
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lb. ground meat
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 3 c. Kluski noodles, cooked
- 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
- 1 c. grated cheese (Cheddar)
- Melt oleo in skillet; add ground meat.
- Break up as you fry. Sprinkle garlic salt, pepper and salt.
- Just before done, add green pepper, onions and mushrooms.
- Cook noodles and drain. Spray casserole dish with Pam.
- In bottom of bowl, spread 1 tablespoon sauce.
- Add about 3 tablespoons meat mixture; put 1 cup noodles.
- Repeat this twice more.
- Top with tomato sauce, cheese and bread crumbs.
- Cover and bake in 375u0b0 oven until cheese is hot and melted.
