Penne With Chicken & Shitake Mushrooms In Pink Cream Sauce Recipe

  1. Cook pasta as directed.
  2. Sauce: Place 1/8 c. oil in fry pan.
  3. Flour chicken pcs.
  4. Saute/fry chicken in oil till browned.
  5. Add in shallots, cook 2 min more.
  6. Add in tomato sauce; cook 3 min more.
  7. Add in cream; let boil.
  8. Put pasta in sauce.
  9. Garnish with fresh basil.
