Orange and Chocolate Cheesecakes
- 10 sm. chocolate muffins
- 1 container double cream
- 1 container custurd
- 1 can orange segments
- Chocolate sauce
- Turn muffins into crumbs with food processer or fork.
- Press muffin crumbs into small circular mould and press down firmly.
- Whip up the cream until it stays on the spoon.
- Place an amount of cream onto the muffin base(still in mould) and smooth over.
- Make a shallow crater in the cream and place a tablespoon of custard on the cream.
- Put 2-3 orange pieces onto custard and slowly pour chocolate sauce over.
- Refridgerate for 30 mins, eat within 2 days.
