Orange and Chocolate Cheesecakes

  1. Turn muffins into crumbs with food processer or fork.
  2. Press muffin crumbs into small circular mould and press down firmly.
  3. Whip up the cream until it stays on the spoon.
  4. Place an amount of cream onto the muffin base(still in mould) and smooth over.
  5. Make a shallow crater in the cream and place a tablespoon of custard on the cream.
  6. Put 2-3 orange pieces onto custard and slowly pour chocolate sauce over.
  7. Refridgerate for 30 mins, eat within 2 days.
