Sweet Mint Chutney-Avocado Sandwich
- 4 Tablespoons Fresh Mint
- 1/2 teaspoons Cumin Powder
- 1/4 teaspoons Honey
- 2 teaspoons Water
- 2 pinches Salt
- 2 pinches Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Olive Oil
- 4 slices Brown Bread
- 2 whole Avocado, Peeled And Cut Into Long Thick Strips
- 1 whole Tomato, Cut Into Thin Rounds
- Put mint, cumin powder, honey and water in an electric grinder and blend till a smooth paste is formed.
- Pour into a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
- Put a large nonstick pan on medium heat, dab oil on the pan, and toast bread on it, browning both sides lightly.
- Take a toasted slice, spread a teaspoon of mint chutney, 5 slices of avocado and 3 slices of tomato.
- Top with another slice of toasted bread.
- Repeat for the remaining sandwich.
- Cut the sandwiches in desired shapes and serve.
