Beef 'N Dumplings Main Dish Soup Recipe

  1. In large saucepan, brown mushrooms and cook celery in butter till tender.
  2. Add in soups, water, and beef; bring to boil.
  3. Meanwhile, combine biscuit mix, lowfat milk, parsley and thyme.
  4. Drop 5 to 6 spoonfuls on boiling soup; reduce heat.
  5. Cook uncovered over low heat 10 min.
  6. Cover; cook 10 min.
  7. Cover; cook 10 min more.
  8. Makes about 6 c..
