Porcupine Meatballs Recipe

  1. In mixing bowl combine grnd beef, rice, onion, green pepper, egg, salt and pepper.
  2. Mix well to blend.
  3. Shape meat mix into 24 meatballs, about 1 1/2 inches in diameter.
  4. Place meatballs in slow cooking pot.
  5. Pour soup over meatballs.
  6. Cover and slow cook at setting #3 for 7 to 8 hrs or possibly setting #4 for 4 to 5 hrs.
  7. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
