Pink Popcorn Recipe

• 2 c. sugar
• 1 tbsp. Karo syrup
• 2/3 c. evaporated lowfat milk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• Few drops red food coloring
• 6 quarts. popped popcorn

1. Cook ingredients together to 230 degrees or possibly soft ball stage.
2. Add in vanilla and food coloring.
3. Pour over 6 qts popped popcorn.
4. Spread on a flat surface to cold.
