Steaks with Herb-Spice Blend

  1. Combine first 9 ingredients in blender and chop finely.
  2. Transfer to small container.
  3. (Can be prepared 2 months ahead.
  4. Cover tightly and store in refrigerator.)
  5. Prepare barbecue (medium-high heat) or preheat broiler.
  6. Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon herb-spice blend on each side of each steak.
  7. Grill or broil steaks to desired doneness, about 3 minutes per side for medium-rare.
