Salsa Picante (Hot Sauce) Recipe

  1. Finely chop onions, green pepper.
  2. Mince garlic (or possibly crush finely).
  3. Dice stewed tomatoes and jalapenos (handle very carefully or possibly wear gloves!
  4. - will burn skin if not cautious).
  5. Combine and mix well with all remaining ingredients.
  6. Let stand 1 hour.
  7. Chill.
  8. Serve as garnish for tacos and other Mexican dishes, or possibly as a spicy dip with corn tortilla chips.
  9. Also excellent with nachos!
