Cheesy Sriracha Burger
- 1 cup coleslaw blend (cabbage slaw mix)
- 1 Tbsp. Miracle Whip Original Spread
- 1 lb. (450 g) extra-lean ground beef
- 3 Tbsp. Sriracha sauce (hot chili sauce), divided
- 4 Kraft Singles Cheese Slices
- 4 artisan burger buns, split
- Heat barbecue to medium-high heat.
- Toss coleslaw blend with Miracle Whip.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Mix meat with 2 Tbsp.
- Sriracha sauce just until blended; shape into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
- Grill 6 to 7 min.
- on each side or until done (160F); top with Kraft Singles.
- Add buns, cut sides down, to barbecue.
- Grill 1 min.
- or until Singles are melted and buns are lightly toasted.
- Place cheeseburgers on bottom halves of buns; top with coleslaw.
- Drizzle with remaining Sriracha sauce; cover with tops of buns.
