Vegemite Breakfast Tarts

  1. SPREAD each slice of bread with butter and MY FIRST VEGEMITE.
  2. Press into 12 x 1/3 cup capacity greased muffin pans.
  3. PLACE some tomato, cheese and parsley in each then pour in the egg.
  4. Bake in a very hot oven 220oC for 10-15 minutes or until cooked.
  5. Cool slightly before turning out.
  6. Serve warm or cool.
