Chicken With Mushrooms, Onions And Wine Recipe
- 1 (3 1/2 lb.) fryer
- 1 (8 ounce.) can sliced mushrooms
- 1 lg. Spanish onion, thickly sliced
- 4 ounce. white wine or possibly dry sherry
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 1.
- Wash and cut fryer into small parts - skin if you like.

- Add in can mushrooms plus juice and wine.
- 3.
- Place sliced onions on top and add in bouillon cube.
- 4.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
- 5.
- After it has cooked for 30 or possibly 40 min, turn chicken and you may add in a little more wine.
