Stir-Fried Pork and Onion with Ginger and Ponzu Sauce
- 50 grams Pork (thinly sliced, offcuts, or chopped)
- 1/4 Onion
- 1 tbsp plus Ponzu
- 1 roughly 3 cm Grated ginger
- 1 for frying Oil
- Chop pork into bite-sizes.
- Julienne the onion.
- If you season the meat slightly with salt and pepper, it will be properly flavored.
- Spread oil in a pan and saute the onion until transparent.
- Add pork and stir-fry until it's cooked thoroughly.
- Add ponzu sauce and turn the heat to low.
- Add ginger, and turn the heat off.
- Mix everything together to finish.
