Stir-Fried Pork and Onion with Ginger and Ponzu Sauce

  1. Chop pork into bite-sizes.
  2. Julienne the onion.
  3. If you season the meat slightly with salt and pepper, it will be properly flavored.
  4. Spread oil in a pan and saute the onion until transparent.
  5. Add pork and stir-fry until it's cooked thoroughly.
  6. Add ponzu sauce and turn the heat to low.
  7. Add ginger, and turn the heat off.
  8. Mix everything together to finish.
