Slimming World Friendly Not Pizza
- 12 cup tiny pasta (mini farfelle)
- 4 tablespoons chopped tomatoes
- 56 g low-fat cheddar cheese (grated)
- 2 tablespoons black olives
- 225 g tuna (in spring water)
- 1 red onion (finely chopped)
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- low-fat cooking spray
- pepper
- Cook you pasta according to packet instructions, whilst this is cooking put your chopped onion a few sprays of low fat cooking spray and the oregano into a microwave proof bowl, zap on high for 3 minutes until soft.
- Mix the drained tuna with the onions.
- Divide the pasta between 2 bowls top with the onion tuna mix and 2 tablespoons each plate of chopped tomatoes, a tablespoon each of olives, divide the cheese between the two bowls top with grinding of fresh black pepper and more oregano if desired.
- Pop the bowls back into the microwave and zap for a minute until cheese has melted.
