Slimming World Friendly Not Pizza

  1. Cook you pasta according to packet instructions, whilst this is cooking put your chopped onion a few sprays of low fat cooking spray and the oregano into a microwave proof bowl, zap on high for 3 minutes until soft.
  2. Mix the drained tuna with the onions.
  3. Divide the pasta between 2 bowls top with the onion tuna mix and 2 tablespoons each plate of chopped tomatoes, a tablespoon each of olives, divide the cheese between the two bowls top with grinding of fresh black pepper and more oregano if desired.
  4. Pop the bowls back into the microwave and zap for a minute until cheese has melted.
