Black Bean Chili With Oranges Recipe

  1. In a 5- to 6-qt pan, combine onions, garlic, oil, and 1/4 c. water.
  2. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring often, till onions are tinged with brown (about 10 min); add in water, 1 Tbsp.

  13. of the orange peel and the 1/2 c. orange juice into chili.
  14. Ladle chili into bowls; top with orange slices and lowfat sour cream.
  15. Garnish with remaining 1 tsp.
