  1. Wash and arrange shrimp in the bowl then arrange basil on the shrimp ,green pepper corn, all slices paprika and chili then last layer with garlic.
  2. Pour whisky ,oyster sauce over the top then fish sauce, sugar soy sauce and then chicken stock to finishing off the flavors
  3. In the high heat add oil to the pan wait til the pan is very hot.
  4. Pour over all the prepared ingredients right into the pan and work fast on stirring till shrimp are cooked.
