- 300 grams of large shrimp
- 100 grams of green pepper corn
- 20 sweet basil leaves
- 1 tbsp of chopped garlic
- 1 tbsp of chopped fresh chilies
- 1 half onion slices
- 1 half yellow paprika slices
- 1 green paprika slices
- 2 tbsp of oyster sauce
- 1/2 tsp of sugar
- 1/2 tsp of fish sauce
- 1 tsp of soy sauce
- 1/4 cup of chicken stock
- 1 tbsp of oil
- 1 tbsp of whisky
- Wash and arrange shrimp in the bowl then arrange basil on the shrimp ,green pepper corn, all slices paprika and chili then last layer with garlic.
- Pour whisky ,oyster sauce over the top then fish sauce, sugar soy sauce and then chicken stock to finishing off the flavors
- In the high heat add oil to the pan wait til the pan is very hot.
- Pour over all the prepared ingredients right into the pan and work fast on stirring till shrimp are cooked.
