Potato Bake Recipe
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 pound Velveeta cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 2 teaspoon onion flakes
- 32 ounce. frzn hash browns
- Seasonings: Celery salt Garlic pwdr Pepper Parsley Etc.
- Topping: 2 c. cornflakes 1 stick butter
- Heat together over low heat butter, cheese, soup, lowfat sour cream and onion flakes.
- Pour over frzn hash browns in 13 x 9 inch baking dish.
- Add in other seasonings if you like.
- Top with 2 c. cornflakes coated with 1 stick melted butter.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 50 min.
