Potato Bake Recipe

  1. Heat together over low heat butter, cheese, soup, lowfat sour cream and onion flakes.
  2. Pour over frzn hash browns in 13 x 9 inch baking dish.
  3. Add in other seasonings if you like.
  4. Top with 2 c. cornflakes coated with 1 stick melted butter.
  5. Bake at 325 degrees for 50 min.
