Singapore noodles

  1. soak rice noodles in cold water for at least 15 min prior to cooking
  2. In a bowl combine ingredients for marinade.
  3. Stir and let sit for at least 10 min
  4. Sate pork and shrimp in sesame oil with as little of the marinade as possible.
  5. After a minute it two when everything is almost cooked add the remaining marinade.
  6. Remove shrimp and chicken from pan and set aside
  7. Add a little more oil to the pan and sate the vegetables briefly and then remove from heat set aside
  8. Add more oil to pan.
  9. Add egg and stir briskly.
  10. Drain noodles and add noodles to pan.
  11. Stir.
  12. Add spices.
  13. Stir
  14. Toss everything together in pan and stir together until heated through.
  15. Serve and enjoy
