Butterscotch Cake Recipe
- 1 x White Cake Mix
- 1 pkt Instant Butterscotch Pudding, 4 Serving Size
- 1 c. Lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. Vegetable Oil
- 4 x Egg White Powdered Sugar
- Heat oven to 350.
- Grease and flour 12 c. bundt cake pan.
- Beat cake mix, pudding mix, lowfat milk, oil and egg whites in large bowl on low speed 30 seconds.
- Beat on medium speed 2 min.
- Pour into pan; spread proportionately.
- Bake 50 to 60 min.
- Cold 10 min in pan; turn upside down onto heatproof serving plate.
- Remove pan; cold cake completely.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
