Grilled Beef with Asparagus Stir Fry

  1. Heat grill to medium heat.
  2. Mix ketchup and hoisin sauce in bowl until blended.
  3. Cook bacon in a large skillet until crisp.
  4. Remove bacon from skillet with slotted spoon; drain on paper towels.
  5. Discard all but 2 Tbsp.
  6. drippings from skillet.
  7. Grill steak 6 to 7 min.
  8. on each side or until medium doneness (160F), brushing occasionally with the ketchup mixture.
  9. Meanwhile, add stir-fry vegetables to drippings in skillet; cook on medium heat 5 min, stirring occasionally.
  10. Add asparagus; cook 5 to 7 min.
  11. or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
  12. Cut steak across the grain into thin slices.
  13. Stir chives and bacon into vegetable mixture; serve with the steak.
