Crispy Pork
- 1 Pork Fillet
- 1 liter Groundnut Oil
- 1 cup Cornstarch
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- Slice the Pork into thin strips .
- Put the Cornstarch in a bowl and add Paprika and a pinch of Salt and Pepper and mix together.
- Heat the Groundnut oil in a wide pan until near boiling coat the strips of pork in the cornstarch mixture then test it by just putting a pork strip coated in the mixture a little of the way in if it starts to bubble then put in half of the pork coated fry for about 2-3 mins make sure the oil covers them .
- Lift them out and drain , then do the same with the other half, leave them to drain.
