Chocolate Malt W/O Ice Cream

• 2 cups ice cubes
• 1 cup part-skim ricotta cheese
• 14 cup instant malted milk powder
• 14 cup chocolate syrup
• 2 tablespoons skim milk or 2 tablespoons 1% low-fat milk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1. Put all in a blender and puree until smooth.
2. If not smooth, ice chips will distract from flavor.
3. Serve immediately.
