Crispy Oven Chicken Recipe
- 1 (3 ounce.) can chow mein noodles
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 2 tbsp. honey
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 teaspoon soy sauce
- 6 boneless chicken breasts or possibly 8 drumsticks
- Crush noodles with a rolling pin and pour into a pie plate.
- Heat butter on low heat and remove from stove.
- Add in next 3 ingredients and mix well.
- Rinse and dry chicken pcs and brush both sides with honey mix, then roll in noodles.
- Place in a 9x13x2 inch baking pan.
- Add in extra noodles to top of pcs.
- Bake 1 hour at 375 degrees on lower shelf.
- Makes 4-6 servings.
