Slow Cooker Carolina Pork Sandwiches in a Bag

  1. Combine all ingredients in ziploc freezer bag and freeze.
  2. To serve, transfer contents of bag to slow cooker.
  3. Cook 6-7 hours on low; 8-9 on high.
  4. Remove pork; shred; return to sauce.
  5. Serve pork on hamburger buns.
  6. Coleslaw may go in the sandwich or on the side.
