BBQ Chicken Soft Taco
- 1 tsp. oil
- 1 pkg. (6 oz.) OSCAR MAYER CARVING BOARD Hickory Smoked BBQ Chicken Breast Strips
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 4 flour tortillas (8 inch), warmed
- 1 fully ripe avocado, mashed
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1/4 cup drained pickled jalapeno slices
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
- Heat oil in medium skillet on medium heat.
- Add chicken and onions; cook 2 to 3 min.
- or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
- Spread tortillas with avocado; top with chicken mixture and remaining ingredients.
