Weight Watchers Moo Shu Lettuce Wraps With a Kick

  1. In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, fish sauce and sugar untill sugar dissolves.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Heat a large skillet or wok over high until hot.
  4. Add oil and swirl to coat.
  5. Most important to do this step to prevent sticking.
  6. Add shallot, ginger, garlic, chile, pepper, and bok choy.
  7. Stir until fragrant, about 1 or 2 minute.
  8. Add meat and cook with a wooden spoon, breaking up meat until almost cook thru, about 5 minute.
  9. Add half the sauce and stir until meat is done, about 2 minute.
  10. Serve in lettuce leaves with remaing sauce.
