Hot Crab Meat Sandwiches Recipe

• 1 (6 oz) crab meat, drained
• 3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
• 1/4 cup mayo
• 1 tsp. minced onion
• 1 tsp. worcheshire sauce
• 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
• 1/4 tsp. salt
• 1/8 tsp. pepper
• 3 english muffins, toasted
• 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• Paprika

1. Mix all ingredients together except for cheddar cheese.
2. Sprinkle with cheese and paprika.
3. Heat until cheese is melted.
