Macaroni Pea Salad Recipe
- 12 ounce. elbow macaroni, boiled & liquid removed
- 1 can peas, liquid removed
- 6 ounce. Cheddar cheese, diced
- 2 stalks celery, minced
- 1 med. onion, minced
- 1 bell pepper, minced
- 6 ounce. pimientos, minced
- 8 boiled Large eggs
- 2 lg. sweet pickles, minced
- 4 tbsp. Miracle Whip salad dressing
- 4 tbsp. mayonnaise
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Mash 4 egg yolks and add in mayonnaise, salad dressing and pickle liquid (if you like).
- Chop remaining Large eggs and add in to all remaining ingredients.
- Mix in yolk mix and mix well.
- Allow to set 3 to 4 hrs before serving.
- Serves 12.
