Cucumber Raita

  1. Squeeze some of the juice or strain the grated or chopped cucumber and add it to the yoghurt.
  2. Mix the rest of the ingredients to the yoghurt mix,
  3. Other vegetables can be added such as onion and carrot,
  4. Add a few corriander or mint leaves as a garnish, serve chilled.
  5. Great with poppadoms or roti bread, and spicey foods.
