Macrobiotic Recipe! Tofu Prepared Like Fish

  1. Chop the tofu into approximately 5 cm x 3 cm x 1 cm pieces.
  2. Grate the garlic into the soy sauce and mix.
  3. Wrap the tofu in the roasted nori seaweed.
  4. Pour the garlic and soy sauce over the tofu and let sit for a few hours.
  5. Put flour in a bowl, then add the carbonated water.
  6. Coat the tofu in the flour, then deep fry in oil.
