banoffee pie
- 250 grams digestive biscuits
- 125 grams butter
- 395 ml carnation caramel, tin
- 1 small 3 bananas
- 300 ml double whipping cream
- 1 tbsp icing sugar
- 1 flake chocolate bar
- slowly melt butter in pan, crush all biscuits and add when butter is melted.
- mix and placements cake tin.
- place in fridge for 10 mins.
- spread carnation caramel over base.
- chop bananas and place on top.
- whip cream and fold icing sugar in, spread over bananas.
- crumble flake and sprinkle over the top.
- enjoy!
